Overview
Throughout my hospitality career, I have worked in 4 countries in Asia, and 5 different properties, servicing customers in both city and remote resort properties. I also had the opportunity to be a part of the pre-opening team for 2 properties.
Most of my experience is within the Rooms Division Department, which often includes the following areas:

Assistant Club Millesime Manager - Led a team of 10 people at the age of 23.
Assistant Front Office Manager (Resort Pre-Opening) - From hiring and training the team to successfully welcoming our first guests.
Front Office Manager (City Hotel Pre-Opening and Resort Operations) - At one point, led a team of 60+ colleagues, in a 459 rooms property, taking care of Front Office, Call Center, Fitness and Club Lounge at the age of 26.
How does this relate to helping you?
As you can image, not everything always goes smoothly within a hotel or resort. Mistakes happen, issues arise and expectations can be unmet, which puts a lot of pressure on those that are servicing customers. I have been in these situations countless times, and by navigating and working alongside different teams, I have learnt lessons on the importance of great leadership and teamwork, which is crucial for any organization, no matter how big or small. However, it ultimately starts with the individual, regardless of your role. What kind of leader or team member should we be, when things get tough?
